I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a mother of three and have experienced birth in hospitals, at home, and everything in between. I love being part of this life-changing moment, helping you feel confident, supported, and able to just be present as your baby arrives.
This offering is for families in Edmonton who want to feel truly supported and have their birth remembered beautifully.
During labor, my focus is always you, the birthing mother. I support your body, your choices, and your experience, while gently capturing your baby’s arrival without ever taking focus from your care.
I also help you feel prepared and grounded before labor, offering guidance, reassurance, and support for your partner if needed.

During labor, my focus is always you, the birthing mother. I support your body, your choices, and your experience, while gently capturing your baby’s arrival through birth photography without ever taking focus away from your care.
I also help you feel prepared before labor, providing guidance, reassurance, and support for partners if needed. My goal as an Edmonton birth doula is to help your birth feel calm, empowered, and fully celebrated.
You shouldn’t have to choose between being supported and being remembered.
Yes, really. If something pops into your head at 10 p.m. or 3 a.m., you don’t have to sit with it alone. You can message me. Sometimes you’ll need answers, sometimes reassurance, and sometimes just someone to say “you’re doing great.” I’m here for all of it.
When labor begins, I’m there in the background first, checking in and helping you decide what you need and when. Once active labor is underway, I’ll join you in person and stay with you through it. I offer steady emotional support, hands on comfort, and access to tools like a TENS machine and birth ball to help you cope and feel supported.
After your baby arrives, I don’t disappear. I’ll stay with you for up to two hours to support those first tender moments. That might look like helping with feeding, answering early questions, offering reassurance, and making sure you’re comfortable and cared for before I leave. Whether you’re at home or in the hospital, my focus is on helping you feel calm, supported, and gently settled into postpartum.
If the moment allows, I’ll set up a tripod to capture your baby’s arrival. This is one of those things people don’t realize they want until after the fact. Having it means you can revisit a moment that often feels like a blur, again and again.
This two hour visit is all about you. I’ll come to your home with a nourishing lactation smoothie and homemade bread, help with light housework, offer breastfeeding support, and give you space to talk through your birth. Sometimes that means chatting, sometimes resting, sometimes crying a little. All of it is welcome. I want you to feel genuinely cared for when I leave.
Is This Experience Right for You?
